Home Etc #8 — Home and Garden Inspired Blog Hop

What a lovely load of linkers we had last week on Home Etc!

It’s lovely to see new faces linking up and really cheering to see old friends returning week after week to show off their blog posts too :)

My co-host Jess and I LOVE seeing what kind of homely loveliness  you’ve been creating. I think it appeals to my nosy nature because I absolutely LOVE seeing your up-cycling projects, room tours, wish lists and lovely gardens.

Please keep sharing them with us!

My favourite post from last week came from Antonia who blogs at Tidy Away Today. She shared her beautiful new hall colour from Graham and Brown along with some divine copper light fittings.

Now I’m a sucker for a moody blue wall — I created a post for Classic Blue interior style earlier on in the year and put together a Pinterest board featuring the most delicious shades of navy.

It just makes me want to get the painting gear out and give the house a little makeover ;)

Jess’ favourite this week comes from our lovely friend Julia who blogs at Rainbeaubelle. She’s given her little girl’s room a beautiful update, in shades of white pink and mint. Such a lovely, fresh colour-scheme for a little lady.

Well done to both of you :) You’re now in the running for winning this month’s voucher from our fabulous sponsor, HomeSense.

Thankyou so much everyone for linking up with Home Etc.

Jess and I are delighted to see your fantastic posts each week and hope that you’ll continue to join us.

All we ask is that you follow these 3 little rules:

1) Please include our lovely #HomeEtc badge at the bottom of your post.

The Twinkle Diaries

2) You may link up to two posts — new or old (sometimes the old posts are forgotten about, so please dust them down and show them off; we’d love to read them!)  — but no more than two posts each week please.

3) Please be kind enough to comment on your HOSTS’ POSTS which will always be the first two entries in the link up — plus a couple of others. Blog hops only work if you’re as generous with your comments as you are at sharing your posts.

Be sure to tweet —@twinklediaries or @soot1978 — with the url to your post, using the hashtag #HomeEtc and Jess or I will always retweet (sometimes both of us if you’re lucky)! ;)

Finally, Jess and I will pick one favourite post each week then at the end of the month we’ll choose an overall winner. This lucky blogger will receive a £20 voucher from our fabulous sponsor!

Psst… as well as HomeSense the voucher can also be spent in TK Maxx!

Thanks so much for linking up all your gorgeous home and garden inspired posts. We look forward to reading more of the same this week! The linky portal is open until 11.58pm on Saturday, so lots of time to join in.

Lots of love,

Caro & Jess x

Popping a ‘golden oldie’ up on the linky today ;-) … a king-size quilt I made for my parents two years ago, draped over a Norfolk wall (as you do!). They’re away on holiday at the moment and I suppose I must’ve been feeling nostalgic!

Thanks for hosting – I’m drawn to that copper light, and now I’m worried – that’s twice in a week for copper and I don’t even like it! x
