The weeks are whizzing by so quickly — I’ve still not really caught up after holiday and it’s Home Etc day yet again!!
We had a lovely lot of blogs linking in to last week’s Home Etc — the little blog linky for home and garden obsessed folk — hosted by me and my good friend Jess.
Favourites came from Kara who writes at Innocent Charms Chats. She shared a couple of corners of her brother’s lovely home.
Particular notes of interest for me was the gorgeous open shelving in the kitchen and also the fact that the DVDs were colour coded.
That always gets my seal of approval ;)
Secondly, Jess and I were both totally taken with Steph’s (Life At 139a) GORGEOUS new chairs.
We’ve seen similar chairs on Home Etc before (I’m thinking Elfa’s gorgeous mid-century inspired kitchen post back in June on Home Etc 55) but these are the real deal.
Proper Eames chairs, by Vitra. Absolutely gorgeous.
Well done to both of you! You’re both now in the running to win next month’s voucher from our lovely sponsor, HomeSense.
The winner will be announced next week. Thanks so much everyone, for linking in!
All we ask is that you follow these 3 little rules:
1) Please include our lovely #HomeEtc badge at the bottom of your post.
2) You may link up to two posts — new or old (sometimes the old posts are forgotten about, so please dust them down and show them off; we’d love to read them!) — but no more than two posts each week please.
3) Please be kind enough to comment on your HOSTS’ POSTS which will always be the first two entries in the link up — plus a couple of others. Blog hops only work if you’re as generous with your comments as you are at sharing your posts.
Finally, Jess and I will pick one favourite post each week then at the end of the month we’ll choose an overall winner. This lucky blogger will receive a £20 voucher from our fabulous sponsor!
Psst… as well as HomeSense the voucher can also be spent in TK Maxx!
Thanks so much for linking up all your lovely posts. We look forward to reading more of the same this week! The linky portal is open until midday on Friday.
#HomeEtc the hashtag
Finally, Jess and I are delighted to see so many of you lovelies using the #HomeEtc hashtag on Instagram!
If you are on Instagram and post anything home, interiors, DIY, craft & garden related please do use the #HomeEtc hashtag. I’ve found some really fab IG feeds to follow over the last few weeks, through folk tagging us in! :)
Lots of love,
Caro & Jess x
