Home Etc #51

Morning all! It’s time for another Home Etc with me and my good friend Jess who writes over at Mummy Of Boy and Girl Twins.

Home Etc is a weekly link up for folks who have written any post that includes interiors (wish lists, room tours or DIY). Garden or allotment ideas plus crafting or up-cycling.

If you’re a lover of all things home and have a post that you’d like to share, we’d love for you to come and link up with us!

Home Etc Favourites

One of last week’s favourite posts came from A Mum Seeking Sun.

She shared her daughter’s summer themed bedroom. Full of gorgeous bright and unusual touches, this lovely room had me dreaming of baking hot days and holidays in the sun.

Bright and sunny — the perfect summer themed bedroom from A Mum Seeing Sun

And from summer straight to winter.

This next favourite from last week came from my lovely friend Bonita who blogs over at Mamas VIB.

This is one of my favourite ever posts to link up on Home Etc.

Bonnie shared her beautiful Spanish wedding and gave some fab ideas on how to recreate the look and feel of a Spanish farmhouse at home.

Such a beautiful post. Pop and have a look at it if you missed it last week!

Well done ladies — you’re now in the running to win this month’s voucher from our generous sponsor.

Thanks so much everyone, for linking in. Jess and I really, really enjoy reading all your posts!

All we ask is that you follow these 3 little rules:

1) Please include our lovely #HomeEtc badge at the bottom of your post.

The Twinkle Diaries

2) You may link up to two posts — new or old (sometimes the old posts are forgotten about, so please dust them down and show them off; we’d love to read them!)  — but no more than two posts each week please.

3) Please be kind enough to comment on your HOSTS’ POSTS which will always be the first two entries in the link up — plus a couple of others. Blog hops only work if you’re as generous with your comments as you are at sharing your posts.

Be sure to tweet —@twinklediaries or @soot1978 — with the url to your post, using the hashtag #HomeEtc and Jess or I will always retweet (sometimes both of us if you’re lucky)! ;)

Finally, Jess and I will pick one favourite post each week then at the end of the month we’ll choose an overall winner. This lucky blogger will receive a £20 voucher from our fabulous sponsor!

Psst… as well as HomeSense the voucher can also be spent in TK Maxx!

Thanks so much for linking up all your lovely posts. We look forward to reading more of the same this week! The linky portal is open until 11.58pm on Saturday, so lots of time to join in.

#HomeEtc the hashtag

Finally, Jess and I would like to start promoting the #HomeEtc hashtag on Instagram! Please do join in – we would love you to use it too!

Whenever you are on Instagram and posting anything home, interiors, DIY, craft & garden related please do use the #HomeEtc hashtag. We would love to see your Instagram photographs and give them some love!

Lots of love,

Caro & Jess x
