Home Etc #43

I actually can’t believe that it’s Wednesday already.

Last week I was in London on Tuesday at Jane Packer and Thursday I met my friend — and co-host of Home etc — Jess and we were treated to a lovely afternoon tea with the Mark Warner team.

The knock on effect it’s had on my work has been enormous! I only managed to finish last week’s Home Etc comments last night — slapped wrist — and have been feeling a lot like a hamster on a wheel for the last 7 days.

Home Etc is a weekly link up for bloggers who have written a post that include interiors — wish lists, room tours or DIY — crafting or up-cycling, garden or allotment.

If you’re a home-bird and have a post that you’d like to share Jess and I would be delighted for you to come and link up with us!

Favourite posts from last week come from Katy at Hot Pink Wellingtons who shared her gorgeous home office.

It’s no secret that I love colour — no, really? — so I was totally captivated by the fabulous wallpaper and bright accessories that she’s chosen to style her lovely work space.

The fabulous wallpaper comes from Sian Elin — her designs have been on my radar for a while now — gorgeous prints and patterns, in mouthwatering shades. What’s not to love?

Another favourite came from lovely Lucy who blog at Mrs Bishop’s Bakes & Banter.

She kindly gave us a guided tour of her bedroom and, again, it was the wallpaper that took centre stage.

Unlike Katy’s kaleidoscopic explosion, Lucy’s gone for a monochrome paper from Little Greene.

Thanks so much everyone, for linking in. We love this little community that Home Etc has brought together.

#HomeEtc the hashtag

Finally, Jess and I would like to start promoting the #HomeEtc hashtag on Instagram! Please do join in – we would love you to use it too!

Whenever you are on Instagram and posting anything home, interiors, DIY, craft & garden related please do use the #HomeEtc hashtag. We would love to see your Instagram photographs and give them some love!

Please share, if you like this!
