Home Etc #4 — Home and Garden Inspired Blog Hop

Morning everyone, I hope you had a lovely start to the week.

Wednesday marks the start of another Home Etc blog-hop — it’s the place to come and link up your home and garden inspired posts.

My co-host Jess — from mummy of boy girl twins — and I had some beautiful blogs joining in last week.

We had a fabulous crafty post — from One Crazy Ride — on up-cycling vases and another from Mrs Puddle Ducky showing all the lovely fruit and herbs that she has growing in her garden at the moment.

But my absolute favourite of last week’s link ups came from beautiful Emma who writes over at the blog Life At The Little Wood. Her fabulous home is a joy to behold — she and her husband built it from the ground up — and it looks just like it’s  come straight from the pages of a magazine.

Which is topical as her post was all about preparing the house for a magazine shoot.

#HomeEtc post of the week from Life at the Little Wood

Such lovely pictures to get lost in; they had me dreaming of a lottery win so that maybe, one day, my boy and I would be able to build the house of our dreams also.

Jess’ favourite post came from lovely Lisa  who wrote such a heartwarming post about her dining room table.

This piece of furniture has seen a decade of family life; ups and downs, celebratory meals and life-changing discussions. It’s amazing to think of the tales that her table could tell, if it could speak! :)

Pop along and have a read of them, if you missed them last week. They’re both brilliant and well worth a look.

Thanks so much for supporting this little linky — Jess and I love all your home and garden posts and are delighted to see so many lovely bloggers linking up :)

All we ask is that you follow these 3 little rules:

1) Please include our lovely #HomeEtc badge at the bottom of your post.

The Twinkle Diaries

2) You may link up to two posts — new or old (sometimes the old posts are forgotten about, so please dust them down and show them off; we’d love to read them!)  — but no more than two posts each week please.

3) Please be kind enough to comment on your HOSTS’ POSTS which will always be the first two entries in the link up — plus a couple of others. Blog hops only work if you’re as generous with your comments as you are at sharing your posts.

Be sure to tweet —@twinklediaries or @soot1978 — with the url to your post, using the hashtag #HomeEtc and Jess or I will always retweet (sometimes both of us if you’re lucky)! ;)

Finally, Jess and I will pick one favourite post each week then at the end of the month we’ll choose an overall winner. This lucky blogger will receive a £20 voucher from our fabulous sponsor!

Psst… as well as HomeSense the voucher can also be spent in TK Maxx!

Thanks so much for linking up all your gorgeous home and garden inspired posts. We look forward to reading more of the same this week! The linky portal is open until 11.58pm on Saturday, so lots of time to join in.

Lots of love,

Caro & Jess x
