Home Etc #134

With Valentine’s Day just around the corner, our favourite post from last week’s Home Etc round up is very topical indeed.

We loved this sweet little make from Claire at Pillar Box Blue.

She created a heart map picture in a frame; such a simple make but looks so gorgeous and professional, you’d think it was bought from a a well known online retailer with no high street premises (although it’s a fraction of the cost).

Certainly worth more, in terms of sentiment, than a sad bunch of flowers from a garage. I wrote about alternative Valentine’s gifts a couple of years’ ago; this would be a great addition to that little round up.

Well done Claire — your name is in the hat to win this month’s voucher from our fabulous sponsor Laura Ashley.

For anyone who’s like to share blog posts in this week’s linky, have a little read of our house rules.

1) Please include our lovely #HomeEtc badge at the bottom of your post.

The Twinkle Diaries

2) You may link up to two posts — new or old (sometimes the old posts are forgotten about, so please dust them down and show them off; we’d love to read them!) — but no more than two posts each week please.

3) Please be kind enough to comment on your HOSTS’ POST which will always be the first entry in the link up — plus a couple of others. Blog hops only work if you’re as generous with your comments as you are at sharing your posts.

Please be sure to tweet —@twinklediaries or @BooandMaddie — with the url to your post, using the hashtag #HomeEtc and Lins or I will retweet (sometimes both of us if you’re lucky)! ;)

One favourite post will be chosen each week. Then at the end of the month we’ll choose an overall winner. This lucky blogger will receive a £20 voucher from our fabulous sponsor!

Thanks so much for linking up all your fabulous posts! And don’t forget to tag any home related pics on Instagram with the #HomeEtc hashtag too.

Lots of love,

Caro x

PS — Remember next week your host is Lins.
