We’ve broken the back of another week and to mark the fact that it’s Wednesday (hurray!) it time for an other edition of Home Etc. The little linky which celebrates all the blog posts that are inspired by our homes and gardens.
Last week I was a little quiet on the Twitter — I went to a lovely spa for the day with my sister so my lovely co-host Jess — from mummy of boy girl twins — was fielding the tweets herself. This week we’re both here! And I’m so looking forward to seeing all your lovely posts!
My favourite post from last week — and for the second week running — came from from Sue who blogs over at Home Heart Harmony.
She has given her garden a mini makeover; cleaned the paving stones with a pressure washer (how much fun?) and painted some tired old patio furniture to give it a new lease of life.
The difference is AMAZING!!! I know just how much work she must have put in to painting those chairs and the table but it’s so worth it.
Their garden looks fabulous as a result.
Jess’ favourite post came from Sian at Potty Mouthed Mummy. She shared her beautiful, nautical inspired bedroom with us. Such a gorgeous fresh colour-scheme; I love the white and blue with little flashes of red. Our guest bedroom has a similar vibe — very restful and serene; just what’s needed for a good night’s sleep.
Well done to both of you! You’re now both in the running to scoop a voucher from our fabulous sponsor — HomeSense — and we’ll be announcing this month’s winner next week.
I mentioned to someone recently that the Home Etc linky is like having a little homes and garden mag dropping into my computer each week! It’s a real treat to see all these fab interior/exterior posts all in one place. Jess and I really love reading all your fabulous blogs. Thanks so much everyone for supporting #HomeEtc.
All we ask is that you follow these 3 little rules:
1) Please include our lovely #HomeEtc badge at the bottom of your post.
2) You may link up to two posts — new or old (sometimes the old posts are forgotten about, so please dust them down and show them off; we’d love to read them!) — but no more than two posts each week please.
3) Please be kind enough to comment on your HOSTS’ POSTS which will always be the first two entries in the link up — plus a couple of others. Blog hops only work if you’re as generous with your comments as you are at sharing your posts.
Finally, Jess and I will pick one favourite post each week then at the end of the month we’ll choose an overall winner. This lucky blogger will receive a £20 voucher from our fabulous sponsor!
Psst… as well as HomeSense the voucher can also be spent in TK Maxx!
Thanks so much for linking up all your lovely home and garden inspired posts. We look forward to reading more of the same this week! The linky portal is open until 11.58pm on Saturday, so lots of time to join in.
Lots of love,
Caro & Jess x
